Public Notification - Drinking Water Contaminant Failure To Monitor (FTM) Template

When a public water system (PWS) fails to monitor for any Federally Regulated Drinking Water Contaminant, it must issue a public notice to inform the consumers of its water of that failure to monitor. You can use this template as a guide to prepare that public notice.
