Public Notification - RTCR Failure To Perform Level 1 Assessment Template

When a PWS fails to perform a required RTCR Level 1 Assessment, it must issue a public notice to inform the consumers of its water of that failure. You can use this template as a guide to prepare that public notice. This template is also available in MS Word format.
