A Citizen's Guide to in Situ Chemical Oxidation

The Citizen's Guide series is a set of 22 fact sheets that summarizes cleanup methods used at Superfund and other sites. Chemical oxidation uses chemicals called “oxidants” to help change harmful contaminants into less toxic ones. This guide tells how this is done.
