Optimization Review: Baird & McGuire Superfund Site, Town of Holbrook, Norfolk County, Massachusetts

The Baird & McGuire Superfund Site is located at 775 South Street in Holbrook, Norfolk County, Massachusetts, approximately 18 miles south of Boston. The site consists of an approximately 32.5-acre parcel at the former Baird & McGuire Company, Inc. property. The property is bordered by the Cochato River to the east and by woodland areas to the north and south. The site-related contamination has included various volatile and semi-volatile organic compounds (VOCs and SVOCs), pesticides, and arsenic.
