Remediation System Evaluation, Former Honeywell Facility in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania

The Honeywell facility is located at 1100 Virginia Drive in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania in the Fort Washington Industrial Park. The property is approximately 67 acres and is owned by 1100 Virginia Drive Associates. The main building is 861,000 square feet. The facility was built in 1964 and was primarily used for the manufacturing of electronic controls and mechanical valve assemblies.
