The Morgan Terminal site is an abandoned oil terminal located at 200 Morgan Avenue in Brooklyn, New York. The site has historically been contaminated with diesel fuel, No.6 fuel oil, and BTEX/MTBE. Current contamination largely consists of No. 6 fuel oil and relatively low concentrations of BTEX/MTBE. The surrounding area is comprised of industrial facilities and warehouses. Morgan Avenue borders the site to the west and the English Kills borders the site to the north and east.
