Memo: Correction of Inadvertent Errors in the Standards of Performance

NEW RESIDENTIAL WOOD HEATERS, NEW RESIDENTIAL HYDRONIC HEATERS & FORCED AIR FURNACES


On February 13, 2015, EPA issued an inadvertent errors memo clarifying that only new residential wood heaters that are manufactured before the effective date of the rule can be sold through December 31, 2015, whether they are manufactured in the US or internationally. The following is the memo and the redline strikeout that identifies the errors and corrected text in the rule.
