Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization-Direct

The Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) collaborates with the EPA Office of Acquisition Solutions (OAS), the Office of Mission Support (OMS), and EPA program and regional offices to promote the utilization of small and socioeconomic businesses in EPA acquisitions. OSDBU monitors and evaluates Agency performance in achieving EPA goals and objectives in the above areas, and is responsible for Agency's implementation of Public Law 95-507.
