Yes, EPA Region 7 developed self-paced training modules for facilities with program level 1, 2 or 3 processes. The modules cover topics such as RMP applicability, offsite consequence analysis, 5-year accident history, prevention program, emergency planning, risk management plan preparation and submission, as well as modules on preparing for inspections and the enforcement process.

In addition, EPA Region 8 has developed a self-paced training module for agricultural ammonia facilities with anhydrous ammonia.
