The National Model for Minority Education and Training Demonstration (NMMETD) Case Study

NMMETD targeted minority and indigent residents in King & Queen, Essex, and King William Counties by educating homeowners about the management of onsite systems and assisting residents with funding options for managing, funding, installing, and disseminating information about onsite wastewater systems are a cost effective alternative to centralized sewage systems.
