Arkansas SIP: Regulation of Plan § 9. Severability

SECTION 9. SEVERABILITY

(Approved by EPA 10/05/76 (41 FR 43904) at 52.170(c)(04) effective 10/05/76.)

If any provision of the Regulations of the Plan or the application thereof to any person or circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the Regulations of the Plan which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions of the Regulation of the Plan are declared to be severable.
