     The Arkansas regulations in this Arkansas directory are what I have determined to be the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP) approved State regulations.

     These regulations are to be used as a supplement to, NOT as a replacement for, the regulations promulgated in the Federal Register and codified in the U.S. Code of Federal Regulations (CFR). Due to the magnitude of the project, questions may arise on an approved section of the SIP. If such questions arise as to the content of the approved SIP or any portion of the SIP, then the Federal Register approval action and the CFR will serve as the final determination.

     Due to the magnitude and complexity of the project, there may be errors in the files. Please notify me at the address below of any errors you find in the files.

I can usually answer general questions about the regulations.
I DO NOT attempt to interpret the regulations.
