Historical information -
 1.  Administrative and non-substantive revisions to all sections. The SIP effective date is 10/12/10.  75 FR 48566 dated 8/11/2010.

2.  84 FR 37772 dated 8-2-2019 revised Section 3.0 "Minimum Emission Monitoring Requirements for Existing Sources."  Revising 3.2 so that it reads, ‘‘3.2 Fuel Burning Equipment— Fuel burning equipment except as provided in 3.2 through 3.4 of this regulation . . .’’ And removing 3.5, ‘‘Electric arc furnaces—See 7 DE Admin. Code 1123.’’
