Chapter 13. Emission Standards for Particulate Matter

Section 1315.  More Stringent Requirements may be Prescribed if Particulates are Toxic

   The department may prescribe air quality control requirements that are more restrictive and more extensive than provided for in LAC 33:III.1313.C and 1311 if the particulate matter emitted is toxic, or a deleterious substance which may affect human health or well-being or which would cause significant damage to animal or plant life.
