Section 1705. Petroleum Refinery Emissions
Approved by EPA 03/08/89 (54 FR 09795) at 52.970(c)(49) effective 05/08/89.

   No person shall emit the carbon monoxide waste gas stream from any catalyst regeneration of a petroleum cracking system, petroleum fluid coker, or other petroleum process into the atmosphere unless the waste gas stream is burned in a direct flame afterburner or boiler or is controlled by other means as may be approved by the administrative authority.
