Louisiana SIP: LAC 33:III Ch 21 Table 8 [List of Synthetic Organic Chemicals]; SIP effective 1989-05-08 (LAc49) to 2011-08-03

Regulatory Text:
Louisiana Administrative Code, Title 33 ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY, Part III Air (LAC 33:III)

Chapter 21.  Control of Emissions of Organic Compounds

Table 8 - Untitled [List of Synthetic Organic Chemicals]. LAc49 to LAd34 - Revised and moved to new Section 2199

NOTE TO READER:  This untitled Table 8 is at the end of Chapter 21 in the recodified State regulations.  Table 8 is cited in section 2147.  Table 8 is also cited in the definition of Synthetic Organic Chemical Manufacturing Industry (SOCMI) in Chapter 1, Section 111.  The definition of SOCMI is:  "The industry that produces, as intermediates or final products, one or more of the chemicals listed in Table 8 of the Regulations."  The column headings and the footnotes and the authority citations are not included in the SIP-approved version but are included here for the benefit of the reader.  Table 8 was approved at 40 CFR 52.970(c)(49) and (60).  The table approved at (c)(49) included the CAS numbers.  The table approved at (c)(60) did not include the CAS numbers.  It is unclear if the CAS numbers are considered to be in the SIP.  Please check with the State before using any of these CAS numbers.  The meaning of ^a, ^b, and ^c is given at the end of the table.
