NOTE TO READER:

"This chapter describes the test for complying with LA's Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (LESHAP).  The State's methods are taken from 40 CFR 61, Appendix B.  LDEQ adopted Methods 101, 101A, 102, 103, 104, 105, 106, 107, and 107A.  Also this chapter includes quality assurance procedures, adopted from 40 CFR 61, Appendix C."

The text in quotes above comes directly from Table C, "Additions to the Louisiana SIP", on page 9795 of the March 8, 1989, Federal Register (54 FR 9783 to 9796) approving the recodified Louisiana Regulations as part of the Louisiana SIP.  The quality assurance procedures adopted from 40 CFR 61, Appendix C, are in section 6401, Quality Assurance Procedures.  The sections approved by EPA are as Promulgated by the Louisiana Department of Environmental Quality, Office of Air Quality and Nuclear Energy, Air Quality Division in LR 13:741 (December 1987).
