Section 907.  Emissions Resulting in Undesirable Levels not Allowed

   A.  No person or persons owning, leasing, renting or controlling the operation of any source of air contaminants shall cause, suffer, allow, or permit emissions from this source of air contaminants which will result in "undesirable levels" as defined in LAC 33:III.111 herein the atmosphere over properties other than that of the person owning, leasing, renting or controlling the operation of such source.

   B.  From Refuse Disposal. No person shall dispose of refuse or waste material in such a manner as to cause "undesirable levels" as defined in LAC 33:III.111 herein.
