REGULATIONS 30/31 - NEW SOURCE PERFORMANCE STANDARDS (NSPS) / EMISSION STANDARDS FOR HAZARDOUS AIR POLLUTANTS (NESHAPs)--NOT IN SIP.

(Last (as of July 1998) notice of delegation published in Federal Register on October 6, 1995 (60 FR 52329 to 52331).

     Regulations 30 and 31 have never been approved as part of the New Mexico SIP.  These programs are delegated to the Albuquerque/ Bernalillo County Air Quality Control Board.  The status of the delegation is updated periodically in the Federal Register.  As of July 1998, the most recent status update was published in the Federal Register on October 6, 1995 (60 FR 52329).  See this Federal Register notice for more information.
