Explanation:
The following are conditionally approved:
20.11.41.7.J NMAC, [and]
references to “technical permit revisions” in
20.11.41.7.EE NMAC,
20.11.41.7.RR NMAC,
20.11.41.17.F NMAC,
20.11.41.28 NMAC, and
20.11.41.32 NMAC.

Errors in June 29, 2017 Federal Register amendatory language on page 82 FR 29423: The Part 41 title should be "Construction Permits", NOT "Authority to Construct". Also in the Explanation column "20.11.41.EE NMAC, 20.11.41.RR NMAC" should probably be 20.11.41.7.EE NMAC, 20.11.41.7.RR NMAC, i.e. "7" is missing after "41".

NOTE: The last date in brackets at the end of each section of Part 41 is the New Mexico effective date of the last revision to the section.
