Regulatory Text:
Oklahoma Administrative Code.  Title 252.  Department of Environmental Quality

Chapter 100.  Air Pollution Control (OAC 252:100)

APPENDIX B.  ALLOWABLE EMISSIONS FOR INCINERATORS WITH CAPACITIES LESS THAN 100 LBS/HR
As adopted in Oklahoma Register June 15, 1998 (15 Ok Reg 2591) effective June 25, 1998.
Approved by EPA December 29, 2008 (73 FR 79400) effective February 27, 2009 (OKd06).

Removed from SIP November 3, 2015 (80 FR 67647) effective January 4, 2016 (OKd15),
Regulations.gov docket EPA-R06-OAR-2011-0034 [OK017].

(Appendix B is cited in 252:100-17-4.)

Appendix B is a log-log graph.  The graph is not included here because this software does not support graphics.  The horizontal X axis is REFUSE CHARGED, LB/HR with a log scale from 1 to 100.  The vertical Y axis is ALLOWABLE EMISSIONS OF PARTICULATES, LB/HR with a log scale from 0.1 to 1.  The table below gives points on the log-log graph.  Straight lines on the log-log graph join the first and second points and the second and third points.

Points on Graph: A straight line joins the three points on the log-log graph.

X-axis
REFUSE CHARGED, LB/HR
Y-axis
ALLOWABLE EMISSIONS
OF PARTICULATES, LB/HR
       1       0.1
      75       0.1
     100       0.4

Allowable emission rate may be calculated using the following formulae:

     Incinerators with capacities greater than 75, but less
     than or equal to 100 lb/hr

            Y = 9.213x10-11X4.818

     Incinerators with capacities of 75 lb/hr or less

            Y = 0.1

     Where:

          X = refuse charged, lb/hr on an as-loaded basis.

          Y = allowable particulate matter emission rate, lb/hr.
