Comments:
 1. For Sections 127.46 and 127.48 , the State-effective date of the applicable SIP provision is 8/13/83.
 2. For all other sections in subchapter B, the State effective date of the SIP approved regulations is 11/26/94 (7/30/1996, 61 FR 39597).
 3. Revision to Section 127.13. The State effective date is 5/19/07, and the SIP effective date is 6/13/12.
