Tennessee Air Pollution Control Regulations - Chapter 1200-3-1 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

Region 4 EPA is responsible for reviewing and taking action on state implementation plans (SIPs) submitted by the states of Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee, and applicable local air quality agencies within the aforementioned states.  After action on the SIP, pursuant to section 110(h) of the Clean Air Act, the appropriate EPA office publishes a comprehensive document for each State setting forth the requirements of the applicable implementation plan.
