Subchapter headings are added. Explanation column contains explanation in last approval action for the section. Numbers in parenthesis following State approval dates are unique adoption-date numbers. For example, all 10/27/1999 dates have “(16)” following the date. These numbers will not be codified in the table in 40 CFR 52.2270(c). Federal Register page numbers are the page numbers of the table showing revision to the sections, not the first page of the Federal Register notice.
