§101.21.  The National Primary and Secondary Ambient Air Quality Standards.

10    The National Primary and Secondary Ambient Air Quality Standards, as promulgated pursuant to §109 of the Federal Clean Air Act, as amended, will be enforced throughout all parts of Texas.  The Primary Standards are to be achieved no later than three (3) years after the Implementation Plan is approved by the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Secondary Standards are to be achieved within a reasonable time thereafter as so determined by the Texas Natural Resource Conservation Commission.
