Chapter 117 table in 40 CFR 52.2270(c) updated with revisions to Chapter 117 approved by EPA November 14, 2001 (66 FR 57230 to 57247), effective December 14, 2001.

Numbers in parenthesis following State approval dates are unique adoption-date numbers.  For example, all 04/19/2000 dates have “(17)” following the date.  These numbers are not codified in the table in 40 CFR 52.2270(c).  The Federal Register page number for each section is the first page of the amendatory section of the Federal Register action, not the first page of the Federal Register action.  This document also shows State adoption date errors published in the Federal Register.  A date not struck out in the “State Approval/ Submittal Date” column is the TNRCC adoption date of the last TNRCC revision to the section.
