EXPRESS code documentation is provided as a listing of the Fortran code
written to produce four executable programs:

1. MainShell.pdf contains the code for the Express main program
2. InputDataProgram.pdf contains the code for the input data entry program
3. OutputGraphics.pdf contains the code for the production of output tables
   and graphics
4. MakeHEDFiles.pdf contains the code to prepare time-series files for use by
   other graphics programs

These programs constitute the Express system.
