The "Decision Support System for Nonpoint Source Pollution  
Control" Final Project Report is available as a WordPerfect 6 
document file.  Download the file WATRSHED.EXE for a complete copy
of this report, version 1.00. This file is a compressed, 
self-extracting, installation program (executable). This program 
uncompresses and installs the file WATRSHED.WP6. 

To extract the document:

  1) download the file WATRSHED.EXE,
  2) type WATRSHED at a local DOS system prompt and press the 
  "Enter" key,
