Useful Bookmarklets

Bookmarklets are free tools to help with repetitive or otherwise impossible tasks within your web browser. To use a bookmarklet on this page:

1. Drag the bookmarklet (e.g. int/ext links (www.epa.gov)) to your bookmrks toolbar or links bar.
2. While viewing a page you want to use the bookmarklet on, click the bookmarklet from your bookmarks toolbar.

Generic Colors internal links light gray, external links that contain www.epa.gov red, and in-page links wheat.

Lists all links on the page containing the specified text.

Prompts for a string (word or phrase), and then lists links on the page that contain that string in a new window. The string may appear in the link's target url or in its anchor text. If you leave the prompt blank, all links on the page will be listed.

Opens a window showing all images linked to from the current page.

Use this on a page or directory listing where many of the links are links to images.

Opens a window showing all pages linked to from the current page.

Changes the text of links to match their hrefs.

Changes the text of links to match their absolute urls.
