This document summarizes comments by topic on EPA's Draft Paper Products Recovered Materials Advisory Notice (RMAN), which was published in the Federal Register on March 15, 1995. EPA invited public comment on the draft paper products RMAN for a 60-day period and received 45 comments during that period, as well as five comments after the end of the comment period.
