The results of the comprehensive data review, Carbon Dioxide as a Fire Suppressant: Examining the Risks, are presented in Appendix A. Appendix B discusses the lethal effects of carbon dioxide at high exposure levels (Part I) and the potentially beneficial effects of carbon dioxide at low exposure concentrations, as well as the use of added carbon dioxide in specialized flooding systems using inert gases (Part II)
