Fact Sheet: Protection of Stratospheric Ozone: New Listings for the Significant New Alternatives Policy Program in the Refrigeration & Air Conditioning Sector

This is determination of acceptability (Notice 35) expands EPA’s SNAP list of acceptable substitutes, providing industry with more options in the refrigeration and air conditioning sector. It also clarifies the types of equipment included in the refrigerated transport— refrigerated trucks and trailers end-use category.
