The following documents provide instructions on submitting the SNAP Information Notice and the TSCA/SNAP Addendum.
The forms were updated in 2014 to be more user-friendly and to help the SNAP program receive the information we need for our review at the time of the initial submission, rather than through subsequent requests for information.
