Adequacy Review of State Implementation Plan (SIP) Submissions for Conformity

In EPA's adequacy review, the Agency determines whether the motor vehicle emissions budgets in the SIP are adequate for conformity purposes. More information about the adequacy review process is available in EPA's May 14, 1999, guidance, available on the Policy and Guidance page.
