EPA is taking direct final action and issuing a parallel proposed rule to amend the outdated General Provisions of Approval and Promulgation of State Plans for Designated Facilities and Pollutants. This is an administrative action that will remove erroneous language and update outdated Regional office addresses in the general provisions of 40 CFR part 62.
