Clay Ceramics Manufacturing NESHAP - Proposed Amendments

August 2018 - EPA proposed amendments to the Clay Ceramics Manufacturing National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants in response to a petition for reconsideration filed on December 23, 2015, by industry stakeholders. This proposed action would provide some flexibility without any change to the emission standards.
