EPA has withdrawn the Electronic Reporting for New Source Performance Standards Final Rule from the Office of the Federal Register.

This rule would expand the use of electronic reporting and recordkeeping by requiring additional categories of industries to submit to EPA specific air emissions data reports.  This page contians fact sheets for the proposed and final rules and a prepublication version of the final rule.
