Fact Sheet: Petroleum Refinery Sector Proposed Amendments March 2018

On March 19, 2018, the U.S. EPA proposed amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) Refinery MACT 1 and Refinery MACT 2 regulations to clarify the requirements of these rules and to make technical corrections and revisions to requirements for work practice standards, recordkeeping and reporting.
