Municipal Solid Waste Landfills: New Source Performance Standards (NSPS), Emission Guidelines (EG) and Compliance Times: Reconsideration and Stay of Effective Date

In a May 5, 2017 letter, EPA informed petitioners that it intends to reconsider certain aspects of the 2016 NSPS for the municipal solid waste landfills. The agency has also issued a 90-day stay of the effectiveness of both the NSPS (subpart XXX) and the emission guidelines (subpart Cf).
