Proposed Amendments to Air Toxics Standards for Engine Test Cells/Stands

On April 26, 2019, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) proposed to amend the 2003 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Engine Test Cells/Stands. EPA is proposing these amendments to enhance the effectiveness of the rule by improving compliance with federal air emissions standards and increasing efficiency of data submissions.
