Proposed Amendments to Municipal Solid Waste Landfills: National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP)

On July 29, 2019, the US. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) publised amendments to the 2003 Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) Landfills National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP). The following fact sheet provide more information on this proposed action.
