Proposed Amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Manufacture of Amino/Phenolic Resins

On August 7, 2017, former EPA Administrator E. Scott Pruitt signed proposed amendments to the National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP): Manufacture of Amino/Phenolic Resins. EPA is submitting the proposal for publication in the Federal Register. While we have taken steps to ensure the accuracy of this Internet version of the proposed rule, it is not the official version.
