Proposed National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants: Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing Residual Risk and Technology Review

In August 2019, EPA proposed to amend the 2003 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Miscellaneous Coating Manufacturing. EPA is proposing minor amendments to enhance the effectiveness of the rule by improving compliance and implementation. A fact sheet about the proposal are below.
