January 8, 2021 — The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has proposed amendments to the 2003 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Primary Magnesium Refining. Following a residual risk and technology review (RTR) conducted under the Clean Air Act (CAA), EPA is proposing several changes to the rule.
