Proposed Rule: Coatings Package 3 National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants Residual Risk and Technology Review

EPA proposed to amend the National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) for Auto and Light Duty Truck Surface Coating, Miscellaneous Metal Parts and Products Surface Coating, and Plastic Parts Surface Coating to address the results of the residual risk and technology review that the EPA is required to conduct under the Clean Air Act.
