Review & Peer Review of “Parameters for Properly Designed and Operated Flares” Documents

This page contains two memoranda.

The first memorandum is dated May 1, 2012 and it provides background information and specific charge questions to the Flare Review Panel in its review of a report on parameters for properly designed and operated flares prepared by U.S. Environmental Protection Agency’s (EPA’s) Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS). This memorandum is also known as the flare charge statement.

The second memorandum is dated July 3, 2012 and it details the process for the peer review of the report entitled “Parameters for Properly Designed and Operated Flares” prepared by the EPA’s Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS) dated April 2012. This memorandum is also known as the Flare Peer Review Panel Comments.
