The purpose of this document is to summarize the requirements and compliance options of the Rubber Tire Manufacturing National Emission Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) in tabular or graphical form to help facilities, permitting agencies, and other interested parties understand the regulation more easily. This document, however, does not replace the final rule published in the Federal Register. In case of any discrepancies between this document and the final rule, the final rule will apply.
