The purpose of this memorandum is to summarize and respond to comments received from the proposed National Emission Standards for Chromium Emissions from Hard and Decorative Chromium Electroplating and Chromium Anodizing Tanks (Chromium Electroplating NESHAP, 40 CFR 63, subpart N) and for the Steel Pickling – HCl Process Facilities and Hydrochloric Acid Regeneration Plants (Steel Pickling NESHAP, 40 CFR 63, subpart CCC) that were not presented in the Federal Register (FR) notice for this action.
