The Washington State Department of Ecology and Washington Manufacturing Services partnered in a lean and environment pilot project to provide technical assistance to the Columbia Paint & Coatings manufacturing facility in Spokane, Washington. Columbia Paint manufactures high-quality residential, architectural, and industrial paint and coatings. This reports highlights the results of the pilot project.
