Title V Relevant Guidance Index
Users should note that EPA has established a distinct database containing EPA Guidance pursuant to Executive Order (EO) 13891, titled "Promoting the Rule of Law Through Improved Agency Guidance Documents." Some of the documents included in this Title V Policy Guidance Database are also included in EPA’s EO 13891 database.
EPA intends to continue maintaining and populating this Title V Policy Guidance Database as the Agency has in the past. This database contains documents that meet the definition of “guidance” in paragraph 2(b) of EO 13891 and documents that are not covered by that definition, such as adjudications and statements directed to particular parties about circumstance-specific questions. This Title V Policy Guidance Database also includes guidance that is no longer active, but that may be referenced to establish historical facts.
